Patient Payment Options

If you have any questions about insurance or payment plans, please feel free to contact our office and talk to our Patient Relations Coordinator at (651) 451-6479 for the Inver Grove Heights office and (507) 645-9302 for the Northfield office.

We encourage discussion of our fee estimates before treatment. A clear understanding of financial arrangements can make treatment more comfortable. We will discuss fees and payment options on your initial phone call to our office. We request that patients who have a dental insurance plan put 20% of the estimated cost of treatment down at the first visit. If your insurance plan pays more than the remaining balance, we will reimburse you in a timely manner. We also have other payment options available for you to choose from.
  1. You receive a 5% courtesy discount if treatment is paid in full with cash or check on the day of service.

  2. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

  3. We have the option of offering you a payment plan through Wells Fargo Financial Service. Under this plan, you may make payments for 6 months, interest free. Applications are available at our office. Exact estimates when dealing with human tissue are impossible. As with any surgical procedure, until treatment is actually provided, we may not know the exact treatment necessary and therefore; charges may vary. If there should be any changes, the Doctor will inform you at that time. Any additional charges will be reflected on your statement. Please remember you are responsible for all payments of charges regardless of insurance benefits.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be done prior to the actual procedure.
